The images in Top Wallpapers are protected by international copyright law and spanish copyright law. All images copyright by Top Wallpapers or they respective owners. By visiting our Free Area you are granted a personal liscense to download and use the wallpapers on your personal computer.

Any image in Top Wallpapers may be used in any way other than at personal computer. You may print them out for personal use but not for distribution (commercial or non-profit). You may not post them on public or private websites, whether they be not-for-profit or commercial. You may not distribute them on CD-ROM or other archival media like DVD-ROM, ZIP, floppy, or in compressed archives like zip, gz, or tar files. You may not alter them or use elements from them in your own work (unless that work is purely personal and will never be transferred to a computer other than the one on which it was created).

If you need to use our wallpapers for print or mass distribution, please send us an email with your requirements and your timeline. Give us a week to answer though, because we get a lot of such requests. Consider all image use requests denied until we notify you to the contrary.

If you need need us to make some wallpapers for you or some of our wallpapers for a commercial application, please send us an email and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Members: Joining the Members Area for six months will allow you to use any of our wallpapers on your personal website. The wallpapers may not be altered in anyway other than changing to gif or bmp format.
This doesn't grants you license to redistribute our artwork for profit. The web page displaying our wallpapers may contain banner advertising and/or affiliate links, but you may not explicitly sell our wallpapers in any form (physical or electronic).

There can be no exceptions to the above stated rules.
